The reports highlight the present condition and operation of equipment and systems, giving guidance on repair, maintenance and replacement costs. Our reports cover a 5 year period and are developed with the followings methodology.
Replacement cost – is equal to the present value of costs for both labour and materials to remediate the existing defect Life cycle period of 5 years for repairs Summary of 5 year scheduled and statutory maintenanceThe report also encompasses an asset list i.e. all building components structural and non-structural including facilities and services. When this list is assembled it is assessed for age and present condition, using an accepted coding method in the industry i.e. immediate, very poor, poor, average and standard.
